Ideon Absolute Stream Meta
The Ideon Audio Absolute Stream Meta is a reference-level network streamer and music server developed to provide a dedicated digital source for high-performance audio systems. Designed and manufactured in Greece, it employs an audio-optimised processing architecture that prioritises music playback, supported by proprietary femto-clock re-clocking and extensive low-noise power regulation. Four independent power lines, a substantial capacitor bank and Ideon’s proprietary active rectification technology are designed to minimise electrical interference and maintain signal integrity throughout the playback process.
The 2024 Meta edition incorporates 4TB of internal SSD music storage, enhanced system memory and an embedded Roon Core, allowing it to operate as a complete music server without requiring a separate computer. Compatibility with Roon, Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect, Audirvana Studio and UPnP playback applications provides considerable flexibility, while two independently re-clocked USB audio outputs accommodate different DAC requirements. Housed in a substantial 22kg CNC-machined aluminium chassis, the Absolute Stream Meta combines sophisticated digital processing, extensive power supply engineering and comprehensive music library management.
