Kroma Thais Speakers
The Kroma Atelier Thaïs is a high-performance floorstanding loudspeaker designed and handcrafted in Spain. Part of the company’s Classic Series, it combines a single Air Motion Transformer (AMT) tweeter with two 6.5-inch paper-fibre mid/bass drivers, providing extended high-frequency reproduction and substantial bass performance from a relatively compact enclosure. With a specified frequency response of 30Hz to 25kHz and sensitivity of 90dB, the Thaïs is designed to deliver full-range performance in a wide variety of domestic listening environments.
The Thaïs incorporates Kroma Atelier’s distinctive K-Art Tech cabinet construction, combining Krion solid-surface composite material with carefully selected wood elements. This approach prioritises structural rigidity and resonance control while avoiding metallic components within the cabinet structure. Standing one metre tall and measuring just 23cm wide, the Thaïs offers an elegant alternative to larger floorstanding loudspeakers, with a choice of finishes allowing its appearance to complement both contemporary and traditional interiors.
