Marten Parker Duo Speakers
The Marten Parker Duo is a high-performance two-way standmount loudspeaker designed and manufactured in Sweden. It combines a custom-developed 1-inch pure ceramic tweeter with a 7.5-inch ceramic mid/bass driver and a rear-mounted 9-inch aluminium passive radiator. Developed by Marten’s chief designer Leif Olofsson, the ceramic drivers incorporate powerful neodymium magnet systems and long linear excursion, while the passive radiator provides extended low-frequency reproduction without the airflow noise associated with conventional reflex ports. With a specified frequency response of 36Hz to 40kHz, the Parker Duo offers substantial bandwidth and dynamic capability from a compact standmount design.
The Parker Duo incorporates Marten’s proprietary 35mm M-board cabinet construction, with tapering side panels designed to minimise unwanted resonance and internal reflections. Its multi-diverse crossover architecture employs carefully selected components, complemented by premium Jorma internal wiring and WBT Nextgen loudspeaker terminals. Optional dedicated stands provide a rigid, stable foundation and incorporate Marten Isolators developed in collaboration with IsoAcoustics. For further performance refinement, the Parker Duo is also available in Diamond Edition, featuring a pure diamond tweeter, upgraded crossover components and Jorma Statement internal wiring.
