The Velodyne Acoustics MiniVee X is an ultra-compact active subwoofer engineered to deliver powerful, controlled low-frequency performance from an exceptionally small enclosure. Its sealed, internally braced MDF cabinet combines a proprietary 8-inch long-throw active driver with an opposing 8-inch passive radiator, reducing cabinet movement while providing deep, precise bass extending down to 18Hz.
A high-current Class D amplifier delivers 350W RMS and up to 800W maximum output, while the Velodyne Acoustics Auto EQ app and supplied calibration microphone provide automatic room optimisation alongside comprehensive manual adjustment. Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA connectivity, adjustable crossover and phase control make the MiniVee X equally suited to high-quality two-channel music systems and home cinema installations.
