The album was recorded in pure analogue at the new LowSwing studio situated in Berlin, Germany. To the greatest possible extent, it contains live performances recorded with minimal overdubs, always driven by respect and passion for purist recording techniques.
The record was mastered and cut to lacquer at 45rpm at Emil Berlin Studios and later pressed on 3 sides (2 vinyl) at Optimal Media using the unique “One Step Processing” assuring crystal clear transients and high frequencies.
"One For Sorrow • Two For Joy" is limited to 1000 numbered copies and packaged in a luxurious gatefold cover.
LowSwing Records is a record label dedicated to the love of music on the analogue format.
LowSwing recordings are recorded and mixed to analogue tape and then cut directly to vinyl. The heart of the label is LowSwing Recording Studio in Berlin, where owner Guy Sternberg records, mixes, and produces exciting new artists with the production values of yesteryear.
